~/services ❯ cat how-we-work.md

›
Fixed-scope project
A defined outcome, a written scope, and a fixed quote. Best for a prototype, a model, or a feature with a clear finish line.
›
Ongoing contract
A set number of hours each month on your roadmap. Best when the work keeps changing or you need an extra engineer on the team.
›
Advisory & review
A short engagement to review a model, a pipeline, or a technical plan, with a written report and recommendations.

01
Intro call
30 minutes, free. You describe the problem; I tell you honestly whether I am the right fit.
02
Scope & quote
A written scope with milestones, a timeline, and a price, usually within two working days.
03
Build
Short iterations with a working demo each week, in your repository from day one.
04
Handover
Code, documentation, and deployment notes, so your team can run it without me.

?
Where are you based, and which time zones do you work with?
Manipal, India (IST, UTC+5:30). I have worked remotely with teams in Seattle and elsewhere in the United States, and overlap comfortably with European working hours.
?
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. Send a short brief or book a call and you will get a written quote before any work starts.
?
Do I need a technical team to work with you?
No. I can take a project from idea to deployed product, and I write handover documentation so a future team can pick it up.
?
Can you work under an NDA?
Yes. Happy to sign a standard NDA before we discuss details.
